i just finished the rebuild on my transmission, now i could use some help on what to do to my hitch to be still legal to pull in ny. what is a goo way to adjust the hitch level. i want to pull in the antique tractor class. also could use some help on wheelie bar.any good ideas on either pic would be help full to me.

If you are able to build your own. I would go to a pull and look at a few on winning tractors. If not a M is pretty common. Lots of people make and sell them. Look on outlaw antique pulling on Facebook. Natpa ruled say the wheely bars cant be tied to the hitch. I have a 2 receiver so I can move hitch from 18 to about 25 from axle center. And can move it up and down with 2 big nuts. With no wrench.
