Moline m5 bore

I know 800 blocks can be put on the m5 case with some work, but if I had to stay with m5 blocks for the stock casting number what is the max bore that could be done while using 4230 heads and still running water? I'm assuming bigger sleeves will have to be welded/brazed in, but how big can I go?

Should also mention: will have to plug some water holes in heads. They will overlap bore. Use 800 head gasket as sleeve placement. Will have to be offset bore like 800. Depending on piston, may need to grind some of the rod wrist pin holes off to prevent binding

It will run a lot better with the 800 heads.I have never pulled anywhere they checked numbers on the blocks or heads.

Buddy of mine got those pistons from a radial engine in a spray plane. But he just stroked it to 7-665 cu. But now 7.5 is common. For 712 or 713. He sawed two pieces from a 800 intake and welded it back looked stock.
