Wanting to build a UB I have out back. Will a stock
403 with say Z or 10 heads give it enough power
To pull 55-6500 6 mph? Thanks

As I recall, Z heads are way different than UB heads. The Zs have side mount heads and th UB have overhead split heads.

Depends on where you live. Here in the Midwest with clay tracks and shorter chains. It takes 800 blocks with 5.5 bore and 7 stroke. 711 cu. At least find 800 blocks and heads. And make your manifolds. Or go on a diet and get to 4500 lb. Or do both. There are quite a few 600 plus cu. RD 460 Internationals out there pulling 6 mph and 1000 Plus cu. John Deeres.

As Vic said, depends on where you pull. Will likely do 4mph, not likely 6. That is with 18.4x38 or 34 tires.
