To all you farmall motor guys. what do you do with a block that is cracked towards the bottom of the sleeves I've got two that are the same way. Im tired of hunting for a good block. Looking for options. Like sleeves and hard block halfway up on the block. Any help would be appreciated

Not a puller but here's my take. Are they in a place that a machinist could possibly weld? Granted you need to have the right guy do it but if your having problems sourcing a good block I would start talking to the following groups.
1. Your local pullers.
2. Your local racers.
3. Your local farmers.
4. Your local heavy equipment folks

See who they would recommend and go from there. Years ago we had to have a cracked head (cracked between the valve seats) repaired for a Farmall M by a local machine shop and he did an excellent job.

The Farmall M blocks have a tendency to crack at the bottom of the water Jacket on one or the other center two cylinders. I fixed one for a guy one time by pulling the sleeve, covering the bottom 1/3 of the cylinder with good black RTV, then pulling the sleeve back in. I left a small bead of black silicone around the bottom of the sleeve. We then cut the gasket off the radiator cap so that it would not build pressure. Ran for years that way. Because it is in the bottom of the block copious amounts of stop leak might fix it as well. I never tried it, but perhaps taking the the cover off the side of the engine, sand blasting the cracked are, and using JB weld might work. The JB weld thing is just and idea as I have never tried it.
