Super 55 Diesel final fuel filter

I have an Oliver 55 Diesel that is in need of new fuel filters. I can find the primary filter at Napa but the final filter I can not locate anywhere. It's that sealed filter next to the injection pump. Does anyone know where these filters can be found or is there some kind of a retrofit available?

I like those rectangle filters that AC tractors and combines used during the 70's. You can get glass or metal ones. I like metal. They are easy to change. They use a bail or clip to hold them on. Easy to bleed and multiple holes to mount. Use common fittings.
