Heres a few pictures from the abundant,MO tractor pull held on Sunday afternoon..It was a beautiful afternoon for a pull which was sponsored by the abundant Baptist Church...The proceeds went to the cancer survivors fund..All veterans at the pull were recognized..There were 84 hooks...The track was wide and it was up to you to chose your path...Most of it got used...They had pulled garden tractors the night before.
On another note I pulled my Hot Stock 1466 IH at the Holden,MO MSTPA pull on Saturday evening..I was the 3rd hook in the class and pulled 331 ft which I thought was going to be hard to beat...I was wrong ...Little Miss Emma Potter hooked right behind me and laid down a 332.04 pull to win the class..Thats her 3rd win in a row over me by less than 2 ft total distance..Later on in the evening she went over to the Brush Pullers Of Missouri side of the track..She also took home the win there in the 9500 lb 12.5 MPH class..Her Dad Scott also pulled a BPM class and I think that he won it..The Holden pull had lots of hooks with a large crowd..Do to camera problems I have no pictures....The BPM side of the track started at 2 PM and pulled for 9 hours....MSTPA started at 7 PM on the north track and pulled until midnight...The last hook down the track was a test hook for Glen Longs screaming IH alky burner Light Super...It will probably be hooking at the huge PPL pull on Friday and Saturday evenings at Wheatland,MO...Glen pulled 350 ft ...
