JD 720 Diesel for pulling

I have been browsing this board for some time reading up on the posts about the 720's. I understand that the best thing to do is rework the head with machine work, valves and valve seats then rework the cam and pump/nossles. I understand there is not much to gain by boring and stroking over stock. I have sent a few emails out to see if I can get in touch with good people who can do the head work, grind the cam, and rebuild the pump, but no one has gotten back to me. Who do you guys recommend? Thanks!

Don't personally have any experience with this guy but from what I have read he is the guy to get in touch with.
