#1 The Rules Committee was changed to. John Marney Chairman, Members: James Grossman, Jake Pilamier, Daniel Queck, Justin Sumner, and Greg Shamblin.
#2 The Engines in the technical rules Step 1 was changed to Blocks and included All tractors.
#3 The Rules committee meeting will be held every 2 years.
#4 40lbs will be allowed on the scales.
