Case 188ci or 201ci ?

I have a Case 660 combine engine, is there casting marks on the block somewhere to show if it 188 or 201ci? there is a serial number plate but just show the serial number

I googled a 660 combine. I came up with a old YT. Post. They all said it had a 201. And Case never used a 201 in a tractor. But I had a friend who put one in a 300 tractor I believe. A round front one. He never figured out the governor. Combine is constant speed. Think he should have changed front cover before he put it in.

I think the early 660 s had 188 gas engines. I think they had internal governors.
