Rules at USAPULLER. Com. Will come up as USAP OWENSBORO, KY. Classes Saturday are 3500 through 5000 in 500# increments. Then 7500 and 8500. All weight classes offer speed divisions of 3,4,6,8,and 12 mph. 5500 through 7000 pull Sunday. First class Saturday will be 5000lb 3 mph king of the hill. Rules are simple. Speed limits keep things equal
