Awesome weekend at Mason, Michigan NATPA

Had a great weekend in Mason, Michigan with the Michigan Tractor Pullers Association as the host club. Not sure on final hooks for Saturday but 425 hooks were made on Friday. One of the best tracks ever, Jared Beduhn set the bar high on track building. $2020.00 was raised for St. Jude from MTPA events and Mason pullers - thank you!

Next up for the NATPA is Waterloo, Iowa with the Iowa Winter Nationals. Looking forward to it.

A very, very late HOOK Magazine is in the works, I'll have an explanation in the editorial. Thank you for reading.

PS: Ray's Dad/Big T: had a Mel sighting in Mason, you gonna make Waterloo??

Hi Bryan--We didn't make Mason--Ray ran corn and he put me with cart duty--Tell Mel we will be at Waterloo for sure and will be gunning for him for Ray has the ol VAC set on "KILL"--Thanks for all you do!---Tee

ABE!!!!!

Ray's Dad, had to get the big G thumping pretty hard at Mason on that tough track. Should be a cake walk in the Waterloo sand pit. Might have to even go up a gear or 2. Lol! Hope this guy don't mind me using his photo.

Hi Ray's Dad, I had 3 wins, 2 seconds, a third and some class filling. Friday was not a good day, trying to figure out my weights for the track. Sat was better. Same with Brian. Only 4th and 5th places on Friday but was better on Sat. He had 2 firsts plus 1 driving Jason Volks A, 1 second, 1 third and 1 fourth. He made it into a pulloff for the jackpot class but didn't win it. Kent had 3 firsts, 6 seconds, and 2 thirds. The rest of the group were class fillers. Was a tough pulling track on Sat. They added a little more water to it. Took alot of front weight to get it to hook up. Event ran pretty smooth all weekend. Everyone was pretty much on time to hook up so it kept moving.

CP, did you take the photo? Thanks for the photos you took if it was. Lots of good action shots. Wasn't sure if I should use it or not so I left the credits on it.

We won't be at Tunica. We are planning on Waterloo and Wauseon depending on the weather. Stop by and say hi at the next one.
