Worth switching to 13.6

Hi everyone,
I?m almost done with my first year of pulling with my JD A. Runs great but I?m hurting for traction. I pull 4500-5500 and have spun out at every pull. I currently am running 12.4x38 on 10? wheels. I?m going to put 12? wheels on this winter but am wondering how much better the 13.6 would be compared to a 12.4 on a 12? wheel? Anybody have good results pulling with 12.4?s?Sorry for the long post just trying to get a plan going forward
Thanks

15.5 on 14 rim is the same diameter as 13.6 and more likely what other tractors in that class have .

12.4 would be better. But 15.5'sX38 on 14" rims would be better! Or as big as your rules allow.

I'm following this I'm in the same boat with a usA . I have 12.4 on 10" . I have 13.6 Titans and 12" rims . Plus I have 15.5 gum dipped and can widen 12" rim to 14" . But do I have the power ? That's what I'm worried about . We pull 3.5 or 4 with 5 or 6 foot chain .

I?m thinking a healthy A should be able to spin out in low gear. Mine is mildly built. I do know the A I copied when building mine has no trouble spinning out 14.9 ?s up to 6000 pound class. I more worried about weight if I switch to 15.5, got around 100 pounds to play with. I

Depends on the track material and how packed . For the same amount of ground contact area . Usually a taller tire will outpull a shorter tire .
