3000 RPM, natural aspirated, single updraft carb/any diesel system.
Tires- 18.4 max, any cut. Wheelie bars and kill switch. No speed limit.

looked at the rules on site,no mention of class.like old mod stock ?,cube limit,or a mm class......

These are trial classes, similar to the Mid-Atlantic pull in Harrisburg.
Old Mod-Stock was unlimited RPM these classes are 3000 RPM.
No cube limits, just weight division.
