CAP Bros hubs

Anyone ever install these hubs? Trying to put these on an M Farmall and boy are they tight. Could not start inner hub with key in so put inner hub on first and drove key in and it pealed some metal out of the inner hub. Could not move hud with block of wood and hammer so had to pull back off. Seems like key is a little too tall. Thanks.

yes key is over sized,he should tell us that we need to field fit, file, grind and hopefully get it,mine were a lot oversized.go slow so all of a sudden it is too loose. LOL

Did anyone ask CAP brothers, they are routinely on Facebook?

When I installed their hubs on our 77, they were tight, but did not require a hammer to install.

Yes I talked to Pete this week. He said he had some keys made with an end mill cutter that was worn and they ended up over size. He said I could sand them down or he would send me new ones. I'm going to sand them down.
