I don't mean to come off as an idiot but how does 50 in a class work, somebody somewhere will have to get a bye round and that confuses me. I understand 32 or 64 but I would like to see the 50 bracket.
 
Its your pull and I will respect that fact but I just don't see the equity in that particular setup. I have a piece of scrap metal and could get a bye; things that make one go hmmmmmmmmmm.
 
byes happen all the time in Top Fuel racing,Drab boats and so on,luck of the draw,being "GOOD" and "LUCKY" is priceless !!!!!!!!!!! What kind of track,outside? yellow clay or silty loam? Chain lenght?
 
I understand that but those byes are given based on a qualifying time. So are you gonna have all 50 hook early and the furthest pulled get the byes. Nope the luck of the draw, just not what I pictured with a bracket pull. I wish you all the luck that can be had and I hope it is enjoyable for the competitors.
 
many times byes happen because of breakage or attrition,propably should not be planned or built into a sytsem.
