John Bennett, Mean Green P.T. member passes

Somber day in antique pulling world with the passing of Mr. John Bennett. His efforts as part of the Mean Green Pulling Team and the Southern Nationals will not be forgotten. He was the prime example of the friendship and hospitality that makes Tunica what it is. Prayers to John's entire family in their time of mourning.

I am not sure that many people knew how much passion John had and the work and effort he put forth.Thank Him and all for the energy spent over the yrs He and others gave unselfishly.

I haven't been to Tunica yet But everything I have seen was linked to John

Great guy hard to imagine he is gone. Always talked to him about Detroit's at Tunica. I'll miss him. VicS
