l-ville pull

Payout was crap (25% payback) $40.00/class hook fees. Ended up 3rd in a class of 17 and got $24 back. You can't pack dry dirt. Didn't bother staying for the evening session and sure as h%@# did not go back Sunday.

the pull was good the track was the dirt used in the north American livestock shows so it was nowhere near desirable. As for the payback it was an antique pull at Freedom Hall I expected trophies so it doesn't bother me on the payout. Saturday evening got a bit hectic with the trucks and the tractors not being able to get coordinated, it was done a lot better sunday. Like was stated it was a big deal but I don't think it can be done again, 4 sleds and just the rent on the facility was more than most pulls or people would want to put up for a pull. I enjoyed the action and I am certain things could improve with time but I don't see anyway to afford that type of pull in the coming years. Gary, if you didn't stay you missed a good llss class and seeing the legend mods was neat to me but then I am a pull junkie and can see the positive in most any pull.
