how much work or what needs to be done to get a 900 down to 5500? with steel wheels

quite a bit really, everything you don't need has to be gone. Rear fenders, hydraulics, plate on the back, steel wheels. We made a custom front end, rack steering. Custom transmission top. We had all aluminum wieght racks and aluminum wheels and could get to 5000 with driver.

I am at 5000 with a 200lb driver. Will be at tunica.

Yeah that is pretty light, I know it is possible, we have one now that should be real close to 4500 when we get it done. I'm hoping anyway

Now Doc, You and Mike and the MATPA boys take it easy on the Mean Green Pulling Team. They might not like it if you go down there and spank em. Havent seen it run yet but have heard you got your ol' girl tuned in pretty good. Good Luck to all of you!
