What is model combine front end bolts up directly to a 5020? I may have one located but I can"t remember for sure. Thanks for your help!

you can get a whole lot lighter if you take everything off that usted to hold the front end on then make brackets and to get your front end height just high enough for your weights to clear the scales. an 55 jd combine was a rectangle, very easy to put on or to shorten if need be. use any rack and pinion with out power swteering. Oh check wheel base and put back in same place. or check rules.

Do you know how much needs to be done to get the 55 JD to bolt up? There's a guy whos got one who would probably sell it cheap. I was just curious.

I"ve never heard of one that will bolt directly up. I"ve seen 6600 axles mounted under them.
