HELP HOW TO TELL IF PAINT HAS THINNER IN

To those who know paint ?? I have a part quart of IHC red {2150} But cant remember if I had pre thinned with reducer or not. >>>WITH OUT
all the fancy gadgets how can I tell if I had mixed in reducer in the last year or not? IS there a simple method?
Thank you for all your assistance.

I'm assuming you have enamel and that you'll be spraying it. It should be of a thin consistency if it's been thinned with reducer. When stirring with a stick, lift out the stick and watch the drips. It should not drip off like water, - somewhat slower, but not as thick as room temperature 20 weight motor oil. If you're brush painting it can be a little bit thicker.

So as I understand to test if I previously thinned, as I suspect, using a paint stir stick the paint should drip off just slightly like water that is near freezing or warmed honey in a jar. Let's hope that I did thin it last year so, I don't over thin it now, so I am able to put it through the LPHV gun.
Thank you for your assistance.

Paint usually goes bad faster if it's been thinned. I think if it's been sitting on the shelf a while I would dispose of it.
