paint colours placement

To those who have painted the little genius #8 or the #8C (Canadian)
I am presently painting a # 8 C Here are my questions.
The casting that holds the axel for the land wheel clutch ??Is it red or blue along with the trip leaver?
There are several castings on the two axels that cross the main frame are these red or blue?
The assist springs are they red or blue or black?
I already have the correct paint codes for IHC red, blue, black and "White"
I know that the axels, hubs, and back of the moll boards are blue, the rims are "white", the tongue is black along with its spring, and the main frame is red. Is the IHC logo that is on the long main frame a decal or a stencil? and is it just International or does it have the IHC on it to?

I painted an old Woods rotary cutter with Valspar tractor and implement paint. I found the original paint spendy, hard to work with and didn't like breathing xylene. I read a great suggestion on another forum: If you paint the whole thing you'll match no matter what color you choose. So, if you are okay with it being something other than perfectly original, that's an option. I can't remember what shade of yellow I chose, but it might have been old caterpillar yellow or transport yellow. Whichever, it turned out to be close enough that it was hard to tell that I masked around the decals over the original paint.
