Over spray removal question

Had unfortunate occurrence when painting barn roof. Resulted in light case of aluminum paint overspray on front of Grandson's farmall C. Seeking suggestions on how to best remove without having to repaint the tractor. Thanks.

It will all depend on what type of paint got on the other paint . Some droplets will etch pits into the base paint calling for an entire repaint. Otherwise start rubbing with something not harsh like prep-sol.

Try using a rag wet with naphtha and see if that cuts it. The worse that can happen is it will do nothing. If that doesn't work you might have to resort to using rubbing compound.

Most likely any good automotive paint prep solvent will remove that roof paint and not harm the tractor paint if it was applied correctly and no cheap stuff from tractor supply.
