Hi All, Looking for any parts supply resources for repairing an Arnold Ferret. Any idea who made this?

There is little information to be found on these machines, the Arnold model were built in Pengilly, MN from the early 60's thru the late 70's or 80's then the company was sold several times. I have a very early one that I tried getting going last winter I had trouble getting it to steer right kind of gave up on it.
