Long 445 Steering Gearbox

Can anyone help me locate a replacement steering control gearbox for my 1975 Long 445 tractor? I believe these models (350, 360, 445, 460, 510, 560, 610) are compatible. My gearcase housing is cracked so I'm needing to replace that but would prefer an assembled working unit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Where do you live? I have a couple that will fit.To expand your search some gearboxes off AC and Oliver Fiat built tractors with mechanical gearboxes will also work. The Long 460.510,610 had hydrastic steering so the steering won't work off those on the 445.

I appreciate the info on the other brands. I've had this tractor for many years but know very little about them or the others that are similar. I may have located one in PA but haven't received confirmation just yet. I live between Austin & Houston, TX.

Good to know about the corn head grease. If you happen to run across the Texas guy's info please let me know. Thanks again and I'll reach out if the PA deal doesn't go through.

Thanks for the tip on the JD Corn Head Grease! Found it at the local John Deere dealership for under $5 a tube. Would you happen to have a steering wheel (24 spline) that will fit down over the top of the steering shaft? I purchased & returned one that fit but it was not deep enough to fit down over the opening of the steering column/shaft.
