Hello I am working on a 2-75 white tractor, the tractor has issues getting stuck between 1-2 gear, you can shift them into gear just fine but wont come back out, I had removed the top cover of the transmission and I suspect there to be issues with the shift fork or too much play in between the gears,I started the process for splitting the rear end from the transmission, I have tech manual and have lined up the notch on the gear and the transmission has slid approximately 3 inches away from the rear end, from what I can tell the only thing holding me up is the pto shaft, was wondering if there was a snap ring or something that needs to be removed around the pto clutch in order for it to come apart the rest of the way, any help is much appreciated, thank you
