Long 560 clutch install and gauge block

In the manual for setting up the clutch fingers for a Long 560/UTB 550 it talks about using a gauge block tool. The block has a part number but haven't been able to find it. I could make one if i knew the dimensions. Does anyone know anything about this? So far, the places that we've contacted and the internet searching we've done, it seems like no one has ever done a clutch job on one of these. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

We did the clutch on my Oliver 1365 same basic clutch, but bought it in a package already set up as setting them up isn't an amateur hour job.Take it to an AGCO or maybe a NH dealer they should have someone that can do it.

If you are just replacing the disc, and have not messed with the adjustment bolts, it should be pretty close. The important part is that they are even, you should be able to measure with a depth gauge, and adjust to the furthest out. Main clutch to main clutch, and pto to pto. If you are installing a replacement unit, they are generally preadjusted. Just as a point of reference; The Fordson Majors PTO levers set 5/8" lower than the main clutch levers, with the clutch mounted to the flywheel. Hope this helps.
