Long 360 3 point problems

3 point hitch does nothing, changed filters, checked oil and pulled off inspection plate, lever moves up and down. When I pulled plate oil squirted out, so it has hydraulic pressure , any ideas.
I m thinking leak in the piston or PSV.

Have you tried the responsiveness lever on the right side towards the front
of the lift? Also have you bled the lift at the valve where the hydraulic
line from the pump connects to the lift? Send me an email.
