K-O UM1502D Tractor Anyone Familiar????

What is this little tractor? Some friends have this tractor and I would
like to help them out to know more about it. Like who made it, who
sells parts, etc. It is located in Portland OR.
One thing is the tiller mounted on the rear works ok but trying to
mount like a mower on the rear, the PTO turns backwards?

If the PTO turns backwards, it may be a ?gray market? tractor from Asia (normally Japan), imported as a used tractor. Typically there is little to no support for it.

Even brands who do sell in the US will refuse to support a gray market tractor of their own manufacture.

A picture or two would also help.

Looks like a rebranded Yanmar the model number looks like a Yanmar and it is a gray market tractor as posted domestic dealers can not get or supply parts you will need to go to a gary market dealer / importer this is a parts supplier
