Family member wants me to work on their Shennui 254. The rear right wheel is locked, but the left rear will turn freely. The transmission is in neutral. It seems to be the right brake. The right brake lever is not pressed down, but acts like it is (left brake lever seems to work just fine). I've never seen a brake system like this one. How does one free up the right brake? I'm also interested in finding literature on this tractor, diagrams on the Shennui brake system--find out other data too on this machine, maintenance, fluid types, etc. Does anyone have information on where I can obtain a manual?
