Long 360 hydraulics update

The stuck operating lever now works--sort of. Found young fellow with independent shop out in the country. Lever works well now. But the lift arms do not go as low was before. That affects the platform carrier, the 6 foot mower and the subsoiler, for example.
The parts catalog shows that the lever is keyed to the shaft with a plain square key. The fellow who did the work will not now talk to me about the tractor. Did he leave the key out? Did he twist the shaft on which the lever is mounted? Several linkage parts are under the cover and the problem could be there-- and not easy to remedy. I have not been able to remove the lever by undestructive methods. Will have knee surgery soon and recovery could take 3 or more months.
Suggestions? Experience with this?

Yes, heavy weight does not move them down as far as originally. Not completely sure about increased maximum height but did not notice an increase.

Check the draft control lever and linkage to the cam follower. With lever pushed up, the arms should drop further. With it pushed down, you have position control and arms do drop as far. That is how my 360 and 445 work.
