There's an SD3 in the photo ads now, doesn't run and the seller is asking $4,000. Aumann Auctions sold several Sheppards in PA last February. A person can log into their website and check past auction prices.

I have 2 SD-3s. Neat tractors. Sheppard built the engines and used Detroit Timken transmissions and rear ends.

Cockshutt 30 and other tractor companies also used this Wisconsin trans./rear end, by Timken. The Auction was Sat. 2/17/17 at the Lebanon Valley Indoor, Expo. Center, Lebanon, PA.....I was there. Aumann Auctions sold out the Don Hershey pristine, all restored and running collection of about 125 tractors They had them all: SD-1, SD-2, SD-3, SD-4, SD-6, Plus a SD-4 power unit Gen Set..................9 Shepard pieces all together!!
