Belarus 920 (MTZ 82)

I have a Belarus 920, which seems to be an MTZ 82 with a different cab. Does anyone know what was the correct radio for this tractor and where I might find one? There is a slot cut out for it so I would like to fit the correct one up if possible.

Unless The Russians do things totally differently I thought that as with cars, most slots cut into tractor cabs for the fitment of a radio, stereo, CD player or whatever were pretty standard size. I know many lads over here in the past have taken out the factory fitted stereo then re-fitted it with something more to their liking!

The tractor did not have a radio fitted. The selling dealer fitted one by cutting out a hole in the inside roof panel in the plastic panel held in by 4 roundhead screws. The tractors are not pre wired for radio. Tractors delivered to the UK also were less baterys, new "Varta" batterys were fitted by the importer.

Fair enough. I found it listed in the Operating Instructions for the Belarus 920, but it may have been a dealer fit.
