There was a very nice display of Oliver tractors at the farm progress show this past Tuesday. My wife like this one, and I certainly had to agree. The fella that brought this tractor home brand new must have really enjoyed the power and traction.
 
When it popped up, I thought it was the one that was in the newest Hart Parr Oliver Collector magazine, but that one was a 1955 FWA dressed up just like that. Those 2150s were a short lived low production tractor to begin with, then add the FWA and it's one rare bird. I'd have to find the article on them, but with the FWA, you could probably count them without taking off your shoes.
 
2150 MFW were built in two configurations, bar type rear axle as this one and the Extra Heavy Duty version that had the planetary final drive.
