Oliver 77 Pulling Tractor

My Oliver 77 Pulling tractor has developed some clutch related issues. I purchased the tractor in Spring of 2020, however because of nnalert, I never pulled it
until 2 yrs later in Summer of 2022. So unfortunately the tractor had sat for at least 2 yrs. When I started pulling it last Summer I noticed the Clutch was
acting a bit funny, when you were hooked to the pulling sled, started your pull and let out the clutch it would take 5 to 10 seconds before the clutch would fully
engain and begin moving the tractor at full speed. Once the clutch engaged fully there didn't seem to be any slippage at all, no smoke, or noise, or heat build
up, perhaps a bit of vibration or chatter as the clutch was engaging. The high the gear you pull in the worse it gets. It almost seems like it's the presure plate
or throw out bering isn't putting preasure on the clutch disc immediately. Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions about this clutch issue, or am I just
fooling myself and might just as well go ahaed and bite the bulletr and pull the clutch now and see whats going on.
