1855 steering ??

Needing to move a 1855 that doesn't run, will the steering and brakes work or are they hydraulic and need the engine running?

The parking brake will work. Steering might work for a few turns, but real hard, then likely nothing. I've used the quick hitch on another tractor to pick the front end up and haul them.

This one has been sitting about 15 years so I guessing I wouldn't even get a couple turns out of the steering wheel. Just wanting to roll it out of the way. Also has a front end loader so lifting the front pretty hard. Would make someone a decent parts tractor. Decent rear rubber, front loader, cab. Spin out rear wheels, fender tanks.
