Followed manual. Throttle wide open.
Edit - Oliver 1650. Year 1964 - lost this while editing.
Had a gas blockage, so inspected carb and reset floats, followed problem and corrected (blockage came from something inside the gas tank). While I was at it I checked the governor. Never thought it worked right. If getting a little tough the governor should pick up some. It didn't. Tractor would die if I didn't clutch it and give it more throttle. Other than this the tractorr runs great.
It just doesn't look right. Throttle set to idle and the rod goes right in the hole.
Stuck a piece of wire in hole of rod to show center of rod. WOW! I keep reducing the size of my pictures and they just seem to get bigger when I post here.
