Over/Under has no drive in any gear

New to the forum, have a fleet of Whites/Cockshutts as daily drivers. Bought an 1870(G955) that won't move in any gear, not just slipping, but no sign of any connection. No oil pressure in the over under.
Had been sitting for years, not certain if it was parked because of this problem, or if it is the result of sitting.
I assumed it must be either input shaft, or main clutch/hub problem, so we split it at the clutch, and everything is intact. Put it in gear, and grabbed the input shaft and it rotates freely backwards, as it should, and when I rotate it forwards, it is moving the tractor.
As far as I understand, there would have to be two separate failures to have no drive, since the over running clutch should drive, even without oil pressure, and if it fails, the clutches should drive in direct or over. Or am I mistaken?
Could something have been stuck, and by turning it backwards, it freed up, and now all is well?
Before I remove and disassemble the hydraul shift, I thought I should ask the experts here if they have ever encountered this.

Back probably 10-12 years ago, I was discing oat ground with my 2-135. I backed the disc in the edge of the field
and unhooked it. I drove out to the road, put it in road gear, let out on the clutch and the tractor wouldn't move.
We towed it home. I had pretty much the same thing happening that you do. I went to the dealer, talked to the
service manager and he was stumped too. He told me how to check clutch pressures, everything was good but still no
movement. She'd spin the O/U enough to build pressure, but wouldn't move the tractor, so I pulled the engine. All
the buttons were on the clutch yet. I took it to the dealer and they checked the thickness with a mic. He said it
was thin, but should still be making contact, so it should work.

I put a new clutch in it, put it back together and it worked. Still is to this day. I'll never figure out how a
clutch could go so quick, and with still having facing on it, not even pull itself in low gear after pulling a disc
with no slippage.
