Here is an update to the #43L13 Oliver bearing I was searching for a couple weeks ago.
I did a search on the google and found a company in California called Locate Ball Bearings. I called them and was successful in finding a bearing that was shielded on the correct side and had a external snap ring as well.
I took the new bearing and old bearing to a machine shop to have the new bearing inner race machined like the older bearing is.
