Hi.
On an 1800 gas when starting on a cold day neither the 3pt nor the steering will work. After it warms up a bit 3pt works but steering is not great; harder to turn than it should be. Steering control valve attached to steering column does leak a bit.
Is this the pump or some relief valve that sticks or something?
