Oliver 1650 tractore seat

Yeterday's Tractors has them. Also Ag Parts First, Korves Oliver or most any place that after market parts are sold. They're not
cheap no matter where you go.

Found the break down section.

Not understanding the two rail part. I took the make-shift padded plywood seat off to show what I have. Will the new seat work?

Red arrows - screws that held the make shift seat.

That doesn't look quite right to me. I think there's something broken or missing. I'm thinking there's a piece of angle iron that
goes on each side of what you have and the padded seat bottom bolts to those.

Randy is right, but the missing pieces are on the correct seat frame, I believe. Someone had something home made on there. A new Oliver seat will fasten to the rear with one bolt on each side and have cut outs where the cross rod goes thru so you can adjust the front height of the seat.

If there was better view of the replacement seat maybe could figure out what you and rrlund are relating of and what I need.

I don't see where anything is broke...maybe just removed.

Sonny I have a rotten wooden seat as well as rotten metal seat. I did get at least 8 good years out of it. It came from a small store called LJ Hand in York. They had a lot of Central Tractor inventory 10 years ago.

Guessing here. Manual doesn't show much at all. Posted question to Contact about the rails as none of the pictures of seats show any adjustment of other parts.

Yellow circles are holes is back that you relate of?
Blue arrows are for the rails, so to pivot?
Orange circles are the cams the lift the seat?
