1550 flywheel timing marks, need help

I had the distributor out of some work and need to do a timing check. Couldn't see any marks through the hole so I took the lower cover plate off. I found the sticker and can see degree markings but can't make out any numbers or TDC marks. Pretty dirty in there. Is there some kind of TDC mark stamped into it or only the sticker? Not sure about the oil pump coupling either. The slot looks to be parallel to the centerline like it should but offset to the wrong side. That would be OK if it's at TDC but I can't be sure about that. I'm assuming whatever mark should be in the center of the hole.

Mike! They went to the sticker so they could use 1 flywheel for both gas and diesel instead of 2 flywheels. TDC should have a mark stamped in the wheel. It has been close to 50 years sincce I checked one. More questions, send me an e-mail. J.

Forgot to ask earlier. There is a line on the left side of the timing gear cover at about 2 o'clock and the crank pulley has oblong mark cast into it. Are they for timing?

I pulled the cover off so I could put a paint mark at TDC and 22 degrees. My eyes aren't great and I'd have to drop the pan to get a better look. Rather not do that just now.

Find TDC through the spark plug hole. Using a pop straw or screw driver on top of the piston. Rock the engine back and forth a small amount to find TDC. Then look at the pointer to see if u can see TDC , if not make a mark to go by.
