what all would have to be changed in order to install a roosamaster pump on a Super 66 and are the injectors the same?

Injectors are the same.

A LOT of stuff needs to be changed. Front plate on engine block, timing cover, timing gears, injector lines. Sometimes used kits show up on EBay. And of course the pump itself, from a late 660 or 550.

Parts from a Waukesha D155 engine will also work.

the tractor does run but if I ever have trouble with the Bosch pump parts are hard to come by aren't they and probably expensive?

Sure, the head of the pump can be hard if not impossible to find. However, keep a good additive in your fuel, run the tractor every once in a while and you shouldn't have a problem. I like Stanadyne lubricity formula, I run it in my tractors and older Cummins truck, none of which were ever designed for ULSD fuel.
