Co-op #3 factory propane

Hello all, I have a question about a co-op #3. I am trying to help a friend come up with a value on this tractor. It was restored by his dad. His dad had said that this tractor was 1 of under 10 factory built co-op propane tractors, but we have not been able to come up with any info to show this. Unfortunately, his dad is no longer around to ask.
Does anybody have any info about these propane tractors?
Does anybody know about a co-op tractor expert that I could call?

I personally know of 3 propane #3's that were not 5 miles from the farm I grew up on.

Do you know if those 3 were propane from the factory? If so, what do you look at to know for sure?

He's probably right about so few built, I know of 1 in Duluth Minnesota, and 1 on the north suburbs of Minneapolis, I have an original CO-OP sales book that shows
them, there were also some with fluid drive, they aren't quite as rare. As far as value, it's pretty hard to say as the collectors for that tractor are few and
far between, There were only about 1250 total made after WW11, starting in 1948, it's real easy to have more into it than its worth, good luck with your project
