770 Hydraulic Reservoir Leaking

I have a lot of trouble on my 770 blowing out the gasket between the reservoir and the base at the bolt under the filter. I've had it leak through where the bolt head contacts the reservoir and blow the
gasket out in the same place. This is close to the port that sends fluid to the filter, at least that is what I think it is. I've tried putting the gasket on dry, with rtv, and with permatex and it keeps
happening.

When I had it all apart last fall for the pump replacement, the hole where that bolt goes was damaged, so I drilled and helicoiled it so I could get it tight. It leaked nearly immediately through the bolt
hole, so I put a copper washer on there and stopped it. Today, when I got it out to do some spraying, it blew the gasket out and is now leaking again.

Any ideas why this keeps happening? It's been probably a half dozen times I've fixed this now since the first time. First time, I took the cover off to change solenoids in there and it's been trouble ever
since.

Thanks for any ideas.

I hate to give up on it. When I had it out to replace the pump that I got from you last summer, it looked really good. Other than that one hole that I fixed, everything seemed kosher. It seems like it needs
one of those inserts with o-rings to keep the fluid going to the filter from trying to get out there. When I take it back apart, I'm going to check to be sure there is nothing in the port up to the filter
backing things up..

If that hole has been buggered before it's possible there's something in the bottom preventing full compression. Have you tried doubling up on the washers to raise the bolt height or use a shorter bolt?
