Three point goes up, but now down. Baler gate opens & closes (closes perhaps due to gravity???). Twine arms center, but do not retract. What can I do?

Fingers crossed, does it steer normal at lower rpms? Did the 3pt come up quick? How about the baler tailgate, did that raise at a good speed without running the engine wide open? I hope so with all of them, if not, I pray you didn't crack the pump by running it with that plug in. How fast did you push the 3pt lever forward? Just move it ahead a little bit until until it starts to drop, then move it slowly. If the baler tailgate is working normally, you might only have a problem on the remote that's running the twine arm. Could be just a coupler tip or a restricter.
