Oliver 1850 NO HYDRAULICS rrlund

RR, you sent the only reply as to why I have NO hydraulics on the Oliver 1850 after the loader removal. I have no three point lift AND I have no oil to the hydraulic hoses. I'm sorry to be dumb, but your reply mentioned a two port valve and a three port valve. I dunno what either is. Could you please text me at 5126277439 to see if I can get further help from you? thanks, kelly

I don't have a text kind of phone. That plug at the top where it says 'Inlet Port' in the picture, if there was a hose there, take that plug back out so you can access the plug that's back inside 4-5 inches. That one most likely has an Allen head. I don't know how somebody could have put anything else in there. It should have been taken out before the tractor was ever started. There's no passage for the oil with both plugs in. Put the outer plug back in where the hose was after taking the inner plug out. No guarantee this'll fix your problem, but it has to come out of there either way.

If somebody else wants to chime in on whether or not that'll get the oil where it needs to go and remedy the issue, I'd welcome it.

RRLund, it WORKS!!! I got that internal hex socket plug out and the three point AND the hydraulic outlets work!!! I am SO HAPPY! Now I'm off to town to get a new hydraulic hose cuz one split. If your phone receives pix, I can send you a photo of an awesome round baling outfit. THANKS, THANKS, THANKS! kelly

The phone doesn't get pics, but I'll hook up my email link. Email me and I'll send you my email address so you can send it that way.
