Father in law, getting corn in the ground.
DKC62-22, and DKC59-22.
White 105, with a Kinze 8 row planter.
Got lucky and the ground worked twice with the field cultivator, chiseled last fall.

Supposed to be two good days, then cooler and shot of rain. It was 33' here this morning. GG

It just won't straighten up enough for me to even get my oats in. The 2-135 is hooked to the disc, but we can't string two days together without substantial rain. I can't even get manure hauled out on to the ground I want to spread it on. I'm not complaining too loud though, I know we'll be begging for it by July.

That's the way we were at the first of the month, normal this is planted around Easter.
Few beans even up just north of us.
We plant 4.2, thru 4.7 beans here.
Can get more yield in after wheat beans, sometimes.
Good luck with your oats.
I need to post Bailey and his 1800c,
He has the ih disc on it, got it dirty right after Easter, the tractor you all helped us work on the wiring, alternator.

He still has the fenders to get on. He's been busy running track, 3x this week!

Here in the SE MI clay slick, if you stand in the yard you will sink. I've got some dirt work to do but that part of the yard is too wet to drive on, even with big soft tires on the tractor. Need a week of no rain to let me get going.

Always nice to see young people continuing the Oliver tradition.

There is no field work going on in North Dakota yet. We had snow and rain again last weekend and are forecast to have another 1-2 of rain this weekend. Its soon going to be a problem because corn needs to be in the ground by May 10th due to our short growing season.

Feed, straw and a nurse crop for alfalfa. I mix them with corn for calves in the creep feeder.
