found a white 2 180 with a cat engine thats needs new block but has front wheel drive under it whats this tractor worth ?

Depends. Not knowing your location and any more info about the tractor, I'd ballpark anywhere from $3-5k, nearer the $5k range in the corn belt assuming it only needs an engine rebuild.

I dont know what its worth, but I do have a good 3208 from a new holland combine if you need one. Im you can hear it run, and its affordable.
