1550 throttle update

I tried putting a cotter pin in the hole and the spring I had was too short and pulled the pin out. Back to Menards and got a longer spring and a 1/4 eye bolt and put it in. Got it adjusted and drove it about 5 miles and the throttle stayed like it should, I think I have it fixed. Thanks again for the help!!

All that I had was a smaller pin, so I tried that but I think the first spring that I had was too short. I already had the eye and longer spring installed before I saw your post.
