Have a friend with an 1800 that has a Marvel Schebler USX29 carb on it. Couple different people have tried fixing the carb and still having fuel issues. Everything Ive gathered says the best way to fix these USX carbs it to throw them in the scrap hopper. What flavor of carb is best to replace it with?

How have you tried to fix it? When it is off the tractor did you put a vacuum gauge on it to test it?
